Bill Kerby brings more than two decades of experience in the travel and media industries, and approximately a decade of experience in the financial industry. He has extensive experience bringing companies into public markets in both the TSX and Nasdaq, serving as CEO for various travel and media companies including Maupintour, Extraordinary Vacations, Travelbyus and Leisure Canada.

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Frank Orzechowski serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing significant experience leading financial operations across the public and private sectors. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Storm Harbour Partners LP, an independent global markets and financial advisory firm. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior executive positions, primarily in the financial services industry. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brad joined NextTrip in May, 2026, with a wealth of travel experience to aid in new projects like the role out of our travel agent platform – Travel Magazine Pro. Brad most recently worked as VP Architecture at Hyatt/Mark Travel/VAX where he was a trusted partner to C-suite leaders accountable for multimillion-dollar portfolios, global teams, and enterprise programs supporting $1B+ in annual revenue. Brad has been a technology executive with 30 years of progressive leadership experience (including Mark Travel, Trisept, Apple Leisure Group and the Hyatt Corporation) driving enterprise transformation, modernization, and data strategy across global hospitality, travel, and technology organizations.

Casey D’Ambra, Vice President Media & Distribution, previously served as Director of Content at Brand USA and Executive Producer at National Geographic, where she led a 75-person team developing high-performing programming for Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, Disney+, Hulu, and Star. Following the closing of the GoUSA asset purchase, Casey joined the NextTrip Media team to lead content strategy, leveraging her deep expertise in audience analytics and performance-driven storytelling.

Managing Director - Media

Nir Haklili, Managing Director - Media, brings more than 30 years of global experience across television content management, including development, production, programming, distribution, marketing, and sales. He has worked across music, film, broadcast, and social media, and has headed production on numerous TV series and films, including hosting and producing over 100 episodes of Passport, a movie-star travel series. Nir also served as Director of Global Media Services overseeing operations and transmission for more than 600 TV networks, and has held roles with Time Warner, RR Media Global Communications, Warner Bros., CBS, The Travel Channel, and Scale Media.

Assaf Blecher, Managing Director - Media, is a two-time Emmy-nominated television executive and the recipient of five Telly Awards and four Webby Awards, with extensive experience across television development, production, and programming. Formerly SVP of Development and Content at Keshet Broadcasting and previously a senior executive at Dick Clark Productions, Assaf has led the creation and global packaging of major non-scripted formats including game shows, live specials, award shows, and docu-reality programming. He brings a strong strategic and creative vision to both original formats and international adaptations.

Richard Marshall has 30 years of senior executive experience generating growth and developing relationships for global corporations. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Development at Monaker Group & NextPlay. He was also VP of IR and VP corporate development at NYSE-traded natural resources company, securing $600 million in financings during his 18-year tenure. Part of company’s team that won WorldBank ICSID $1.4 Billion Award.
